Today I am incorporating 2 mini workouts to my day. Mini workouts are aprox 7-15 minutes and easy to throw in anytime throughout your day. Here are 2 of my favorites. The first is the jump rope. It's inexpensive (I got this rope for about $3 at Target) and very effective in getting that heart rate up. I will be jumping for about 30-45 seconds, resting, then resuming till my 7-8 minutes are up. My ideal times for doing this are in the morning right after I wake up, right after work, or during commercials while watching TV.
Next are my cute walking shoes. Since I live fairly close to work we will be walking a few times a week (weather permitting). I bought these stylish walking shoes to get me to work on those days. They are so much cuter with my dresses and skirts. I'll throw my heels in my bag and switch out the shoes when I get to work. If we drive or take the scooter to work, I'll walk the ramps of the parking garage during my "smoke break". Otherwise Will and I will have a little quality time and walk around the block after dinner.

I love, love, love this concept of mini work outs! Very easy to do for sure. I'm going to try and incorporate my own versions of this into my day.
