Yay, I'm powerful again!!!! The power finally came on late Friday night. It's so nice to sleep in my own bed, watch my own TV, and enjoy the lovely breeze created from my a/c unit. Life is good again :-)
The cable and Internet are also in full swing and now it's time to download a new playlist for the gym. I looooove music! It can make or break any mood and it keeps me movin-n-groovin. I like to change up my playlist pretty often to help keep my workouts fresh and re-energized. Soooooo with that in mind, I thought I'd try a little experiment. I'm going to let y'all create my new workout playlist. Tell me your favorite movin-n-groovin song and I'll put it on my "Blogger Playlist". For anyone who submits a song, I'll enter your name in a drawing for 2 free songs (of your choice) from iTunes. It's only fair that you get to move-n-groove too.
*Please submit your song, by Wednesday, September 24. I'll draw 2 winners by Thursday.
Now get movin and submit those songs! Thanks!!!

I don't want to win (what a loser, eh?) but I have got to say Sexy Back gets me every time! As does almost anything Chris Brown. And the Ting Ting's song. OK, last one- Beastie Boys. Now I am SO ready to go work out.
I'm lovin Hot Chip right now!
Right now? I get a little crazy bouncin' around in my car when it comes on the radio (yes I listen to the radio)... Metro Station - Shake It.
I'm going a bit retro here, but Barbie Girl by Aqua. I love to bounce my pony tail back and forth with this song while on the treadmill.
Hi there, just started reading your blog and I am inspired by your weight loss and fashion sense, so thank you for that. As for a work out song that gets you pumped up I like Pink, she is a little hard core but cheesy at the same time. Some of my faves are, Get this Party Started and her really old songs. Oh wait I just thought of another one, I love Fergie and the Black Eyed Peas so an even better song would have to be Pump it. They really pump me up!!!
Hello, it has to be the new song from NKOTB and Lady GaGa...Big Girl Now. Or Single by NKOTB and Ne-Yo. You knew it was going to be something with NKOTB right now. Damaged by Danity Kane is good too.
